     If you’ve found a note stuck to your local gas pump, you’re probably wondering what this site’s about, who we are, and who decided to stick a post-it note to your local gas station!

     Allow me to answer your questions!

     My name is Heather & I’m the founder of HelloVoter.com. I’m 27 years old, a registered Independent and I’m sick & tired of seeing gas prices climb higher and higher.
     I’m also sick & tired of President Obama’s seeming inaction when it comes to addressing this important issue.

     But worse, I firmly believe that not only is President Obama not doing anything to lower our gas prices, he & his administration are actively working to make this problem worse.

     I know, that’s a bold statement for me to make. So here, I’ll let them make that statement for themselves.

     And that’s not all. Believe me, that is just the beginning.
     But you know what? You don’t have to believe me! Because here’s another statement, in their own words!

     Gas prices in Europe are over $10 a gallon now. They were around $8-9 a gallon when Steven Chu said that back in December of 2008, shortly after he was announced as President-Elect Obama’s Secretary of Energy.

Is $10 a gallon gas the ‘Hope & Change’ you want?

     These statements are just the beginning. I’m not expecting you to believe the worst about our president based on only two quotes.
     I’m also not expecting you to believe that rising gas prices are entirely the fault of President Obama. They’re not. No President is a god; no president has absolute control or absolute responsibility over the oil industry.
     But we absolutely can and must hold our President accountable when his decisions & policies negatively impact our economy, our energy, and ultimately, our national stability & security.
